We operate in the United Kingdom as Canaccord Genuity Limited, authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and a member of the London Stock Exchange.  We have offices in London and Edinburgh.

Originally founded in 1993 as T. Hoare & Co. Limited, Canaccord acquired a minority interest in 1993 and, through a series of corporate reorganizations, Canaccord Genuity Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary of Canaccord Financial Inc. in 1999.

Our full-service team of investment banking, research, sales and trading professionals provides idea-driven advice, high-quality non-independent and independent research, and efficient execution to our clients in the UK and Europe.  Combining global perspective with strong local experience, Canaccord Genuity Limited boasts targeted expertise in UK-specific sectors such as Financials, Support Services and Investment Trusts.  We offer AIM Nomad and Corporate Broking Services alongside standard equity underwriting and advisory offerings.  And we are committed to growing our institutional equities business through deep client relationships, skilled secondary trading and broad market making expertise.
