Canaccord Genuity is proud to be a leading Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") and Broker on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).  We have proven leadership and expertise in listing our clients on AIM, where access to a respected, world-class market, a deep pool of capital and a flexible regulatory regime can have a significant impact on your business.

All companies listed on AIM must appoint a Nomad – to guide an issuer through determining suitability, assembling an admission document, liaising with regulators and meeting the ongoing requirements of the exchange. Canaccord Genuity is Nomad and/or Broker to 41 companies, as of March 31, 2010. In addition to Nomad and Broking Services, Canaccord Genuity provides financial advisory services, other corporate broking services, market making, and distribution opportunities across its global platform.

The role of the Nominated Adviser is to be:

• the entity responsible for sponsoring admission of a new Company to AIM providing a comfort letter to AIM upon admission;
• the main point of contact for Directors and management at the Company with regard to AIM and capital markets advice on an ongoing basis; and
• the entity with responsibilities to AIM for the Company on an ongoing basis.

The role of the Broker on AIM is to be:

• the entity to which a company may turn to raise funds when engaged in an equity or debt financing;
• a point of contact for investors and potential investors for the Company on an ongoing basis; and
• involved in organising investor meetings, managing stock blocks and providing after market support.

In addition to these standard services, Canaccord Genuity’s AIM Nomad Services offer access to Online Client Share Register Analysis services, providing insight into your institutional investors, holdings and the market trends of your stock
