Through the use of in-house Australian equity portfolios, we are able create and run portfolios that have historically generated excess returns over domestic Australian benchmarks, while producing superior risk-adjusted performance for our clients.  

Blended Australian Equities Fund

The Blended Australian Equities Fund is our actively managed Australian direct-equity portfolio. Managed in-house by our Chief Investment Officer, Mr Marcus Bogdan, the portfolio seeks to achieve capital growth through a concentrated portfolio of Australian securities. Since its inception in February of 2014, the portfolio has outperformed over 96% of peers- measured by total returns and risk-adjusted returns. The portfolio is founded on a fundamental approach to equity investing, and engages in an active global company visitation program. The strategy blends both value and growth investment styles, focusing on companies that are able to grow capital and income over the long term, display consistent, high quality earnings, have attractive positions in their respective industries, and strong balance sheets.

Australian Equities Income Fund

The Australian Equities Income Fund is our actively managed direct-equity portfolio. Managed in-house by our Chief Investment Officer, Mr Marcus Bogdan, the portfolio seeks to provide investors with high current income by investing in attractively priced securities which either provide a high sustainable dividend or has the ability to grow its dividend at a rate greater than inflation over time. The portfolio is founded on a fundamental approach to equity investing, and engages in an active global company visitation program.
