Key IT Industry Veteran to Strengthen Collins Stewart's Tech Research Team

Collins Stewart, a leading independent financial advisory group, today announced that Louis Miscioscia has joined the firm as Managing Director and research analyst covering IT Hardware, Electronic Supply Chain and Business Services. He will be based in Boston.

In making the announcement, John Abularrage, Chief Executive of Collins Stewart’s North American operations, noted that there are few IT analysts who have as impressive a track record, or the hands-on IT experience, that Louis brings to this sector of the market.

Ranked as the #1 Supply-Chain analyst from 2001 – 2005 in Institutional Investor Magazine’s “All American Research” survey and the Greenwich Associates research survey, Miscioscia has been a top ranked analyst for nine consecutive years.

Prior to joining Collins Stewart, Miscioscia was an analyst at Brigantine Advisors, a technology-focused research boutique that he co-founded. Before that, he worked in research roles at Lehman Brothers and Cowen & Co. He began his career at IBM in IT sales.

A Chartered Financial Analyst, Miscioscia earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.
