  • Paid Parental Leave

    We provide primary care-givers with up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave upon the birth or adoption of a child. Secondary care-givers are also eligible for paid parental leave.

  • Employee Assistance Program

    Our staff have confidential access to short-term professional counselling services to discuss any problems that may affect their work performance, safety or mental health.

  • Volunteer Work Leave

    We encourage our staff to connect with their communities and lend their voluntary support to local programs. Employees are credited with one day of Volunteer Leave a year, that can be used to undertake volunteer work with a non-for-profit charity.

  • Flexible Working

    We value flexibility and what this means for different people. At CG, flexible working arrangements are available for employees, with options such as flexible hours, working remotely, part time work, and job share.

  • Salary Sacrifice Options

    We offer a number of opportunities to salary sacrifice towards car parking, membership to professional organisations, Qantas Club membership, or by making additional contributions to superannuation.

    Our Professional Year Program helps aspiring advisers prepare for a future role in providing financial advice.

  • Study Assistance
    To support ongoing training and development, our staff can apply for Study Assistance to access financial support for approved courses.

  • Study Leave
    For employees who are undertaking further education, we offer study leave to support their study and professional development.
