Morgan serves as a Managing Director and leads the firm's AgTech and Sustainable Foods focus in the US across Capital Raises and M&A transactions. Also, he has significant experience advising mid-market companies in the Health and Wellness, Food and Beverage and Direct-To-Consumer sectors, as well as specialty retailers and multi-unit service providers. Prior to joining us in 2017, Morgan was a Managing Director in the Consumer Investment Banking Group at Raymond James Financial. He has also worked at Adams Harkness Inc. (acquired by Canaccord Capital in 2006), SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Tucker Anthony and CS First Boston. Morgan is a graduate of Harvard College.
