Peter Sullivan has nearly a decade of investment banking experience advising public and private companies on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. Since joining the firm in 2015, Peter has executed engagements on behalf of clients in the technology, marketing, media, and information services industries, including substantial experience completing successful transactions for both founder-owned companies and venture capital and private equity firms on portfolio exits, platform add-ons, and other investment activities.
Peter holds a B.B.A from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business with concentrations in finance and applied mathematics.
