Steve joined us in 2005 as a Managing Director in the Diversified Industries Group and serves as Global Head of Cannabis Investment Banking. Additionally, he is responsible for our Canadian Healthcare, Industrial Technology and Power & Utilities groups. He has completed hundreds of transactions since joining the industry in 1997 and has significant expertise in IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements and advisory services. Steve holds an MBA and MSc from the University of Toronto.
