Todd Radons is a Managing Director in our Diversified Investment Banking Group and has been with the firm since 2012. Mr. Radons has extensive experience in various equity financing structures, as well as mergers, buy-side acquisitions, sell-side processes, defense transactions and fairness opinions. In addition he brings extensive international and cross-boarding investment banking experience, having lived and worked in Toronto, Beijing, Hong Kong, London and Melbourne. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.
