Canaccord Genuity Acts as Financial Adviser to Growth Capital Partners on its Investment in SecurityHQ

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that it has advised Growth Capital Partners (‘GCP’), a UK-based private equity fund, on its investment in SecurityHQ.

SecurityHQ is a tech-enabled full suite Managed Security Service Provider (“MSSP”) offering MDR services through its global Security Operations Centres (“SOCs”), alongside threat and risk intelligence services, and device management and protection.

SecurityHQ supports customers in managing their cyber risk by continuously monitoring their technology estates, detecting and analysing threats and responding to breaches. It combines the expertise of security analysts with automation, analytics, and real-time threat intelligence through its proprietary SHQ Response technology platform, to provide clients with a white-glove, high-touch, 24/7 cybersecurity service.

The partnership between GCP and SecurityHQ will support the business in enhancing its go-to-market strategy, supporting further innovation across its proprietary technology platform and service offering, strengthening operational and financial systems to enhance scalability, and supporting international expansion, including in the US market where the business is experiencing significant demand for its services.
