Canaccord Genuity is pleased to have acted as Global Coordinator, Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner to Rox Resources’ (ASX:RXL) A$200 million equity raising to advance the development of the Youanmi Gold Project. The transaction closed on November 13, 2025.

The funds will be used to progress the Youanmi Gold Project, including major site infrastructure, processing plant construction, and underground decline development. The raise will also support additional drilling, project readiness activities, and working capital as the company advances toward first production.
