Canaccord Genuity acts as Joint Lead Manager and Bookrunner to Canyon Resources (ASX: CAY) on A$215 Equity Raise

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to have acted as Joint Lead Manager and Bookrunner to Canyon Resources’ (ASX: CAY) A$215 million equity raising to accelerate development of the Minim Martap Bauxite Project in Cameroon.

The funds raised will be used to progress key engineering and infrastructure works, completing permitting and financing milestones, and supporting early-stage project construction and logistics planning. The capital will also strengthen Canyon’s balance sheet and position the company to secure strategic partnerships as it moves toward becoming a significant supplier of high-grade bauxite.
