Canaccord Genuity Advises Influencer Marketing Firm Digital Voices on its Sale to PMG
Canaccord Genuity has advised influencer marketing firm Digital Voices on its sale to leading independent media agency PMG. The influencer marketing sector is expected to grow exponentially over the next decade, as the creator landscape has quickly evolved into a strategic lever for performance, brand storytelling, and commerce, and this transaction will significantly boost PMG’s capabilities in the field.
Digital Voices was formed in 2017 by CEO Jennifer Quigley-Jones. The agency has delivered campaigns for brands including General Mills, Adobe, DoorDash, and Unilever, among others. Digital Voices provides propriety technology tools that help shape strategy and provide centralized campaign management, benchmarking, and predictive insights. The agency currently has a team of 70 spread across operations in New York, London, and Costa Rica.
Quigley-Jones will report to PMG CEO George Popstefanov and will continue to oversee the Digital Voices operation post acquisition, with the influencer marketing firm being integrated into PMG and taking on PMG branding.
