CC3 has been sold to Providence Equity Partners
Petsky Prunier is pleased to announce CC3, a leading integrated direct marketing service provider, has been sold to Providence Equity Partners, Inc. and CC3 Senior Management.
This strategic acquisition will accelerate CC3’s long-term growth strategy, providing significant additional financial and intellectual resources to CC3 and enabling the company to expand its operations and service offerings. CC3 plans to focus initial investments on internal service/product lines, Web-based and related integrated services, and client-service initiatives designed to further strengthen the company’s customer focus.
A team from Petsky Prunier LLC led by Michael Petsky and Sanjay Chadda served as exclusive financial advisor to CC3 and structured and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Company.
