On 9 June 2011, ISS reached agreement with Polygon, a Triton portfolio company, for the sale of VATRO, its German damage control services business.

Headquartered in Denmark, ISS is one of the world's largest commercial providers of facility services with 525,000 employees in over 50 countries and revenues of DKK 74,073mlion (approximately €9.9 billion) in 2010.

Under almost ten years of ISS ownership VATRO has grown significantly and today is the market leader in the German damage control services market. In addition to routine small household and corporate damages, the company is one of only two restoration service providers in Europe able to handle both large fire and water damages. Based in Olpe, VATRO has approximately 800 employees and generated revenues of €145mlion in 2010. VATRO has a strong presence through its nationwide network of 32 branches, and growth has been driven by a strong roll-out of new branches over the last ten years.

The VATRO transaction builds on Canaccord Genuity's extensive European Industrial Services sector experience.

Canaccord Genuity acted as sole financial advisor to ISS in relation to the divestment of the business.
