Canaccord Genuity Acts as Sole Bookrunner and Sole Agent to The Bitcoin Fund on its C$76 Million Marketed Offering of Class A Units

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on November 20, 2020, it completed a marketed public offering for The Bitcoin Fund (the “Fund”) (TSX: QBTC & QBTC.U) for total gross proceeds of ~C$76 million. The Fund intends to use the net proceeds from the offering in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives and investment strategies which include providing unitholders with exposure to the digital currency Bitcoin.

3iQ Corp. (“3iQ”) acts as trustee, manager, portfolio manager and promoter of the Fund.
