Canaccord Genuity Advises Leading Expert Network Coleman Research on its Sale to VisasQ for $103,350,000

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that it has advised Coleman Research Group, Inc., a US-based expert network services firm, on its sale to VisasQ (TSE: 4490), the leading knowledge platform in Japan, for $103,350,000. Together, the two companies will have transaction volume of nearly JPY10 billion, more than 400,000 experts, and seven locations with approximately 350 employees working for more than 1,000 clients.
