Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce it has advised Authentic Digital, a privately held consultancy that helps brands envision and deliver experiences that drive digital transformation, customer loyalty, and engagement, on its sale to Concord USA, LLC, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital. Authentic’s digital experience depth strengthens Concord’s ability to enhance business performance through improved use of technology and data.

Chief executive officer and founder David Roe, along with Authentic’s executive team of JM Guthrie, Jerry Hill, and Brett Lewis, will continue to drive Authentic’s offering at Concord, focusing on client and team development, scaling culture, and expanding capability. The organization will continue to be based in Richmond, Virginia, and will operate under the name Authentic, a Concord Company, for the near term with a phased brand integration to follow.
