Acquisition expands Alchemer’s ability to help brands close the loop with their customers

The acquisition provides Alchemer’s customers with a more in-depth method of collecting feedback from mobile customers, while providing Apptentive’s customers access to survey and workflow functionality across communication channels and within platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
