Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently seeking a Toronto or Vancouver-based Equity Research Analyst to join our mining team covering companies in the exploration and development industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in geology combined with solid experience in capital markets.

Responsibilities

  • Perform fundamental analysis on covered companies to generate investment ideas and recommendations;
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, market monitoring systems and databases;
  • Develop and maintain regular contact with internal partners, institutional clients and senior executives (CEOs/CFOs);
  • Conduct site visits and attend industry conferences;
  • Author research reports and marketing presentations

Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in geology or solid experience in mining exploration and development;

Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for a team player to join our Office Services department on permanent full-time basis. This individual must demonstrate strong initiative in problem solving and collaboration. Our Office Services department is a central point of contact regarding day-to-day operations in support of the business. Department hours are 7am-4pm and position hours are 7am-3pm. The successful incumbent must be willing and able to cover an 8am-4pm shift on an as-needed basis. 

Responsibilities:

Hospitality

  • Order and manage stock for 11 common kitchens on seven (7) floors;
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of individual common kitchens;

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the main point of contact/ liaison among top executives, employees, UHNW clients, and other external partners;
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Lead Investment Advisor and team;

The Business Systems Analyst role is a key role that will work closely with the various IT teams, business units, and third-party vendors to manage enhancements with focused responsibility on information technology support and project work.
