Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end to end billing processes for various businesses and departments under Canaccord Genuity Corp:
    • Billing of Investment Banking clients for Pinnacle Correspondent Services;
    • Monthly Billing for Futures for Capital Markets – accounts receivable and reconciliation; Securities lending for CG Direct; MX rebates/credits; Market transactions fees, Give in fees, EFP fees; Equipment or platforms like TT/IRESS/ITS.
  • Finalize and promptly issue invoices to clients as per billing deadlines/schedules;
  • Streamline and maintain commission and interest grids;
  • Implement a structured fee agreement process for CG Direct DEA clients;

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of bookkeeping or full cycle billing experience;
  • Post graduate or Business Degree is preferred;
  • Bilingualism – English and French are required;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with effective listening skills;
  • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels including entry level to Managing Directors;
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills;
