Henry has extensive mid-market capital markets experience in the natural resources sector, particularly oil and gas. During his career, he has advised on public M&A, IPO and secondary fundraises on both the main market and AIM. Henry is primarily responsible for our oil and gas corporate broking clients. Henry graduated with a BA (Hons) in Economics from Durham University and is ACA qualified.
