Rohan Sura

Rohan is a Managing Director in the firm’s New York office, advising clients in the digital services sector on corporate finance, growth capital, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

His practice focuses on transactions related to technology modernization and digital transformation. He has advised CEOs and investors across a range of sub-sectors, including data and AI, cloud consulting and managed services, product and software engineering, digital commerce, business process outsourcing, and customer experience (CX). In addition to his core focus, Rohan supports Canaccord Genuity’s expansion into adjacent segments undergoing technological change, helping clients navigate an evolving market environment.

Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity, Rohan worked at J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs, executing M&A transactions across sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and North America. Over his investment banking career, he has completed more than $20 billion in global transactions with extensive experience in cross-border M&A advisory.

Rohan holds degrees in commerce and economics from the University of Mumbai, as well as an MS in international business from HEC Paris.
