Will Morley is Co-Head of Australian Equities at Canaccord Genuity.
Will joined the firm in 2007 via the BGF Equities cadetship program (acquired by Canaccord Genuity) and graduated into the Mining Equity Research team in 2012. After three years focused on the battery materials sector, he transitioned to Institutional Sales & Trading in 2016, based between Melbourne and Hong Kong. In 2018 he was appointed Managing Director and Head of Sales based in Sydney, leading the sales team for a period of 5 years.
Will has played a key role in positioning CG Australia as a leading capital markets business. He has executed significant equity financings across the Natural Resources, Technology, Healthcare, and Industrials sectors, working closely with ASX company leadership teams, institutional investors, and family offices globally. Will sits on the firm’s Australian Operating Committee and Leadership Team.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and studied business at Copenhagen Business School.
