Mark is a Managing Director in the M&A group and Head of Real Estate Investment Banking, with experience in public and private M&A transactions as well as broader advisory mandates across various industries, including healthcare, real estate, technology, and diversified industries. Mark has completed in excess of $15 billion of M&A/advisory transactions across various industries and structures, including domestic, cross border, hostile and friendly transactions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and a Master of Business Administration, both from Cornell University.
