Myles Hiscock

Myles joined our Technology practice in Canada in 2016, and works closely with our global investment banking and advisory teams to further strengthen our global capabilities across the dynamic technology, media and telecom industries. He joined us after 10 years at BMO Capital Markets and CIBC World Markets, where he was most recently a Director, Technology Investment Banking. He has considerable experience of managing and executing complex transactions across a breadth of advisory and financing mandates, including acquisitions, divestitures, unsolicited bids, fairness opinions and public and private equity and debt financings. Myles holds a Bachelor of Commerce, in Finance from Concordia University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
