Canaccord Genuity acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Apteryx Imaging (TSX.V:XRAY) on its acquisition by Planet DDS

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on August 12, 2020, Apteryx Imaging Inc. was acquired by Planet DDS, a portfolio company of Level Equity. Canaccord Genuity acted as exclusive financial advisor to Apteryx Imaging.

Apteryx Imaging provides advanced diagnostic imaging software, dental imaging devices and oral screening technologies to many of the largest dental practices and organizations. Its cloud-based imaging software solution, XVWeb, enables a single database solution for image viewing, storage, analysis and sharing from any web-enabled device.
