Canaccord Genuity Advises MCR Investors on its Significant Equity Investment in Conjunction with the Pending Take-Private of Soho House for $2.7 Billion

Canaccord Genuity has advised MCR Investors on its signifcant equity investment in Soho House & Co Inc., which is concurrent with the pending take-private of the company by a group of investors for approximately $2.7 billion including debt. Soho's shareholders will receive $9 per share, a 17.8% premium to the stock's closing price of $7.64 on Friday.

The investor group led by MCR and its chairman and CEO Tyler Morse will acquire the outstanding shares of Soho House not held by certain significant shareholders. Soho House executive chairman Ron Burkle and the Yucaipa Companies LLC will roll their controlling equity interests in the company and retain majority control of the business.
