Canaccord Genuity acts as Sole Lead Manager, Underwriter & Bookrunner in $80M raise for Ausgold Limited (ASX: AUC)

Canaccord Genuity is pleased to have acted as Sole Lead Manager, Underwriter & Bookrunner to Ausgold Limited’s (ASX: AUX) $80 million equity raising, to accelerate development of its Katanning Gold Project.

Funds raised, together with existing cash, will be used to support the acceleration of the Katanning Gold Project towards FID, including early construction activities and permitting, while also funding land acquisition payments, further regional exploration programs, and general working capital, corporate costs, and transaction expenses.
