Canaccord Genuity Advises Snackruptors on its Acquisition of Hain Celestial’s North American Snacks Business

Canaccord Genuity has advised Snackruptors Inc., a Canadian, family-owned snacks manufacturer, on its definitive agreement with Hain Celestial Group (Nasdaq: HAIN), a leading global health and wellness company whose purpose is to inspire healthier living through better-for-you brands, to acquire its North American Snacks Business including Garden Veggie Snacks™, Terra® chips and Garden of Eatin'® snacks for $115 million in cash.
