Canaccord Genuity has advised Aktana, a leader in intelligent customer engagement for life sciences, on its sale to PharmaForceIQ, a leading end-to-end healthcare professional (HCP) and patient omnichannel solution provider for pharmaceutical marketing, medical, and clinical teams and an Eir Partners portfolio company. The acquisition aligns Aktana’s advanced Next-Best-Action (NBA) platform with the industry's premier marketing orchestration platform. 

The strategic move creates the most holistic solution available to unify brand and field strategy, drive executional alignment, and measure impact immediately. The integration of PharmaForceIQ’s modular, ML-powered agile platform and Aktana’s sophisticated AI core will enable long-term scalability and innovation across the entire combined platform.
