James M. Brown

James is the Head of Capital Markets - Western Canada, as well as a Managing Director in our Investment Banking Department. Based in Vancouver, he has spent over 20 years in both the Canadian and US capital markets. James is a graduate with distinction from McGill University (B.A.) and is a Chartered Business Valuator (a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators). He has served on the National Advisory Committee for the Toronto Stock Exchange Group, holds the Institute of Corporate Directors Designation, is a director of BC Hydro and is a member of the Young President’s Organization.
