Please take action: the transfer of your Hargreave Hale Limited (HHL) account to Canaccord Genuity Wealth Limited (CGWL)

As we fully integrate Hargreave Hale Limited into Canaccord Genuity Wealth Limited we would like to transfer your HHL account(s) to CGWL.

Subject to your approval, your account(s) will then be subject to CGWL’s Terms of Business and Service Agreements. To help you, we have outlined the key similarities and differences between your existing terms and those of CGWL, which we believe to be very comparable.

Summary of key differences

We seek your agreement to transfer your account(s) to CGWL on the new terms, which we expect to take place on 6 April 2019 or shortly thereafter (the Transfer Date).

If you agree to the transfer of your account(s):

If you are happy to agree to the transfer, please complete the form below and we will create new account(s) for you at CGWL and automatically move any money and assets in your original HHL account(s) to your new account(s) on the Transfer Date.

Your new account(s) will then be governed by the terms of CGWL.

Please be assured that your current Account Executive will continue to look after you in the way you have established.

Your alternative option:

If you do not wish us to transfer your account(s) to CGWL you may move to another provider, subject to the terms of your agreement with HHL.  After the Transfer Date, HHL will no longer be able to supply a service to you.

If you need to complain

Until the Transfer Date, if you want to make any complaints or claims, then they should be made against HHL. From the Transfer Date onwards, you will need to make any complaints or claims against CGWL, including where your complaint or claim relates to the period before the Transfer Date. This is because CGWL will be assuming full responsibility for the service provided to you by HHL before the Transfer Date.
