Nicolle Sullivan is the Founder and CEO of CULTIVER, a modern lifestyle brand that addresses the way thoughtful consumers buy for their home and selves today.

Prior to starting CULTIVER, Nicolle was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs. Following an early career in London and Melbourne, Nicolle returned to Sydney to complete a masters in Applied Finance and continue her career in Financial Markets. 

After 10 years, a passion for brand building and ecommerce led Nic to leave the corporate world and start the kind of online store she loved to shop from. Inspired by many hours of online shopping (research), Nic saw there was a lack of homewares with “cult” factor online, the kind of finds you would be delighted to use for years. Since 2012, Nic has grown a passionate team of individuals who share the CULTIVER vision and have helped refine the brand to what it is today: synonymous with quality, curation and premium customer experience. Having expanded into offline channels and internationally, the business continues to evolve and rapidly grow. 

Nicolle lives with her husband and two daughters in Sydney. When she is not working, Nic will be found cooking, walking with friends and escaping with a book at any moment she can.
