Cairnsford Associates & Evergreen Venture Partners

Following an auction process with the circulation of an information memorandum, a series of management presentations and a period of exclusivity, Discovery Communications Inc, the global media company, and the shareholders of Antenna Audio Limited (private equity houses Cairnsford Associates and Evergreen Venture Partners and Antenna Audio's management) announced today agreement on terms for the purchase of the company. Management will remain with the business. The headline consideration was not disclosed.
