Stanley Wei

As a founding partner of Gregory Wei Mutch Wealth Counsel, Stanley brings almost 20 years of investment management, financial, tax, and estate planning experience to affluent professionals and their families. Stanley helps our clients achieve their life aspirations by guiding them through a process-driven, total wealth management approach. Working in collaboration with his clients’ other professional advisors and CGWM's in-house Tax & Estate Planning Team, Stanley is well-equipped to provide strategic solutions to our clients’ most sophisticated financial needs.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of Calgary and has obtained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations. He is also a fully licensed life, accident and sickness agent.

Stanley holds a Board of Director position with Missing Children Society of Canada (MCSC) and has had the privilege to Chair their annual fundraiser Raise Hope for a number of years having raised a total $700,000. Past volunteer involvement include the Program Advisory Committee at SAIT in advising on its development of their Financial Services curriculum.

Stanley loves to travel, is an avid skier, and in the summer time you’ll find him on the Bow River fly fishing or riding his mountain bike. He is fluent in French and can speak Mandarin.
