How would you like to see individuals and organizations contribute to advancing women’s equality?
Move from intention to action. Invest in women early, back them visibly, and create environments where performance and potential are recognised equally. Equality advances when leaders respond thoughtfully, not reactively, and commit to lasting structural change.
What is one piece of practical advice that you would give to someone starting out in your organization or industry?
Be prepared, be consistent, and think long term. Build capability before chasing recognition. Respond rather than react, protect your reputation, and remember your legacy is shaped by how you show up — especially under pressure.
