Who has been the greatest contributor to your success?
My team. My talented, committed, empathic team of experts who have soaked in my philosophy in order to bring thousands upon thousands to a full recovery.
How would you like to see individuals and organizations contribute to advancing women’s equality?
Women have so much knowledge to contribute. If a boardroom has 10 men and 2 women, leaders of that organization need to make sure those numbers (at minimum) are reflected as 5 and 5.
What is one piece of practical advice that you would give to someone starting out in your organization or industry?
Never pathologize people who are suffering with mental health issues. They are human. Make sure you meet them at a human level.
