Penni Johnston-Gill is a Senior Wealth Advisor with over 27 years of experience supporting families through all stages of their financial lives. She works with parents, grandparents, and their children to help define financial goals, plan thoughtfully, and build strategies that support long-term stability and continuity across generations while fostering her exceptional ability to build long-lasting relationships with families.  

Penni has built strong client loyalty through her proven track record in successful investment planning, risk management, and tax planning advice. Her career in the financial services industry spans from working on an institutional sales desk to working at one of Calgary’s elite oil and gas investment boutiques. She joined Canaccord Genuity in 2006. 

Balancing a demanding career with raising two children as a single mom, who are now young adults, Penni understands the challenges many successful professionals, women and men alike, face in achieving work-life balance. A passionate advocate for health and wellness, she believes that true wealth extends beyond financial security to encompass physical and mental well-being. This holistic philosophy guides her approach to helping families attain and preserve long-term financial security while encouraging a balanced, fulfilling life. 

Penni is licensed to sell investments and options in both Canada and the United States. She holds both the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designations.
