Jeffrey is a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, with experience advising public and private companies on a wide range of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other advisory mandates.
Since joining Canaccord Genuity in 2017, Jeffrey has advised companies, their Board of Directors, and Independent / Special Committees on advisory assignments totaling more than $20 billion in the healthcare, consumer, technology, media, real estate, and diversified industries.
Jeffrey holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
