Canaccord Genuity has advised ListEngage, a leading full stack Salesforce Summit partner that specializes in Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, CRM, Data Cloud, and AI advisory services for enterprises, on its sale to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions. This strategic acquisition strengthens TCS’ Salesforce capabilities, adding specializations across the full range of Salesforce marketing tools. ListEnage was previously a portfolio company of private equity firm Broadtree Partners.
Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Framingham, Massachusetts, ListEngage, is one of seven global Full Stack Marketing Cloud partners for Salesforce and has built a strong reputation for delivering impactful personalized marketing engagements across the entire customer lifecycle. The company is a member of the Salesforce Partner Advisory Boards for Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, reflecting its deep relationship with Salesforce and direct access to key product teams.
The acquisition of ListEngage reinforces TCS’ commitment to its customers in North America, which is the company’s largest market with more than 46,000 associates and 32 sales, delivery, and data center locations. With the strategic addition of ListEngage, TCS adds more than 100 experienced professionals with more than 400 Salesforce certifications to its Enterprise Solutions unit in North America.
