Dan serves as Co-Head of U.S. Investment Banking for Canaccord Genuity, which is part of the firm’s Global Capital Markets practice. He also leads the firm’s Sustainability Investment Banking group as Global Head of that team. During Dan’s over 30-year Investment Banking career, he has worked on a variety of equity and debt financings and M&A assignments involving many strategic parties and financial sponsors. He has participated in over 275 transactions with an cumulative aggregate value exceeding $30B. Dan has served clients by completing transactions across various growth sectors, including diverse client experiences in Sustainability, Technology, Consumer and Healthcare sectors. Within the Sustainability sector, his deal experience includes multiple transactions in advanced materials, additive manufacturing, building technologies, instrumentation / process control, capital equipment, green building products, recycling, smart grid, solar and energy-efficiency software / services, energy transition and decarbonization technologies, mobility and autonomy, and water.
