Mark has 15 years of M&A experience and has spent the majority of his career in the Technology and Media sectors. Mark joined from Ingenious Corporate Finance and prior to that KPMG Corporate Finance. Mark advises high growth and disruptive companies on mergers and acquisitions, fund-raisings and strategic options and is passionate about helping the leading minds in advertising, technology and media generate value for their years of hard work. Mark also has extensive experience advising large global corporates make exciting and pivotal acquisitions in the European market and is highly experienced in leading cross-border transactions both east and west of the UK. Mark has a degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds and speaks French.
