Jason is a senior member of our Technology Investment Banking team having joined the firm in 2011. Jason has 20+ years of experience advising leading growth companies and their investors on capital raising and strategic transactions. Jason’s areas of expertise include Internet, Media & E-commerce; Gaming/Gambling and Esports; FinTech including Payments, Financial Software, Digital Banking and Blockchain and Digital Assets. Jason also has led the firm’s efforts in IoT (Internet of Things) and has worked on many other emerging tech company transactions during his tenure at the firm. Prior to joining CG, Jason worked at leading growth-oriented investment banks, Robertson Stephens and Gleacher and Company. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.
