Todd Radons is a Director in our Diversified Investment Banking Group and has been with the firm since 2012. Mr. Radons has extensive experience in various equity financing structures, as well as mergers, buy-side acquisitions, sell-side processes, defense transactions and fairness opinions. In addition he brings extensive international and cross-boarding investment banking experience, having lived and worked in Toronto, Beijing, Hong Kong, London and Melbourne. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.
