Dr. Aisling Lanigan, N.D. is the founder and CEO of Flourish, an integrative health collective focused on coordinated, multidisciplinary care. Since opening the first clinic in Toronto in 2020, she has expanded Flourish to three Toronto locations, with plans to grow into other provinces in 2026. Her work centres on creating collaborative clinical environments that bring together multiple wellness disciplines to support diverse patient needs across the lifespan.
Alongside her leadership role, Aisling maintains a private Naturopathic practice at Flourish, where she focuses on complex egg-factor fertility, perimenopause, and menopause. She has developed Flourish’s mentorship structure for practitioners, strengthened partnerships with IVF clinics and family physicians, and advanced a model that integrates private wellness with publicly funded healthcare.
Aisling’s vision is to build Flourish into a scalable health network that supports practitioners, strengthens continuity of care, and expands access to integrative healthcare across Canada.
