The program is a valuable resource for any female CEO who wants to develop the tools to take her business to the next level. We offer a unique experience by tailoring the program to the needs of each participant, offering a combination of mentoring, strategic advice, and professional networking.

We welcome applications from women CEOs/founders of revenue-generating businesses, or of those with invested capital. Please see our application details page for more details.

The mentors are part of our carefully selected advisory group of successful entrepreneurs and business innovators. They provide one-on-one mentorship, advice, and guidance, based on their own experiences in building and leading successful businesses.

The internal teams meet separately and consist of capital markets and wealth management specialists from Canaccord Genuity, who are excellent at working with emerging companies. They offer strategic advice and access to their networks.

Our selection committee will match each participant with both her external advisor and internal team, taking into consideration the sector in which her business operates and where we see the best potential fit. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot make guarantees.

The program runs from January to December, and during this time there will be a mix of mentorship from external advisors, dedicated support from the CG internal teams, and professional networking events.  

We pride ourselves on offering each participant a bespoke experience. Aside from planned networking events, each participant will establish a cadence with her mentor and team that work for her.
