Sunil heads the European Financial Institutions Group. He has considerable experience across the financial subsectors, including insurance, wealth and asset management, banking, specialist finance and financial services technology. He has also advised clients on a diverse range of M&A and equity transactions in both public and private markets. Prior to joining us, Sunil worked at JP Morgan Cazenove. Sunil graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics. He is also a Chartered Accountant and recognized as a Qualified Executive by London Stock Exchange.
