Lisa McClure Byrnes

Lisa has significant and broad experience of financings and M&A transactions, negotiating and executing sell-side, buy-side, cross-border and corporate divestiture transactions. She has represented large, global corporations such as Blackberry, Exact Software, Siemens, Illinois Tool Works and OnMobile. Lisa has also sold companies to technology industry leaders, including 3D Systems, Descartes, Microsoft, Oracle and Synchronoss, as well as leading private equity firms including Marlin Equity Partners, the Riverside Company, Symphony Technology Group and Vista Equity Partners. Before joining us in 2007, she served at SVB Alliant and Roberston Stephens. Lisa holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire.
