Canaccord Genuity is pleased to announce that on January 19, 2021, Marketware Inc., a Salt Lake City-based portfolio company of Epic Ventures, was acquired by Medsphere Systems Corporation, a portfolio company of Sixth Street Growth. Canaccord Genuity acted as exclusive financial advisor to Marketware.
Marketware provides a comprehensive healthcare relationship management and data analytics software platform offering solutions in physician relationship management, business intelligence & data analytics, and physician recruitment & onboarding.
